Member Expectations
The Legends Golf Club and Board of Directors would like to welcome and thank all members for choosing The Legends as your home course. We thrive to ensure the highest quality conditions for you to enjoy your round of golf.
Below, we’ve outlined the expectations we have for you as a member of our course. On this page you’ll also find a calendar to help you plan your tee times. The calendar outlines the dates of private tournaments and when the tee sheet is available those days. You’ll also find important dates like our Club Championship.
Below the calendar you’ll find information on our board of directors. A form is located in this section to reach out to our board of directors with any questions or comments you may have.
Booking Process
– Members have Seven-day advanced booking privileges.
– Please only book for the number of players showing up for your tee time.
– Please cancel any tee times that you will not be using.
– If we discover a trend of not showing up for tee times or booking a foursome with only 2 players, booking privileges may be suspended at the discretion of management.
Dress Code
– Proper golf attire. Golf shoes with soft cleats.
– We do not allow items such as sports cleats, muscle shirts, sweat pants, ripped or torn jeans.
Pace Of Play
– Please keep up with the group ahead of you
– Four hours and twenty minutes is suggested. Please maintain or remain under this time. Understand that you may have to wait for some groups that are taking the suggested time to play. Some groups may play faster than others.
Respecting the Golf Course/Staff
– Follow the cart rules. All 4 wheels on the path while driving by the tee boxes and greens.
– Zero tolerance for driving in the natural areas.
– Keep music at a reasonable volume that only your group can hear and won’t disrupt other players.
– Take care of the course by repairing divots and raking bunkers.
– If you hit a ball in the direction of another golfer or a staff member please yell “FORE”.
– Treat staff with respect, they are here to make your time at The Legends enjoyable.
Errant Golf Balls
Errant shots are a part of the game, and it is impossible to eliminate the inherent risks associated with the game of golf. However, The Legends Golf Club is committed to safety, good sportsmanship, and cooperation, and has developed the following guidelines in the event of an errant shot causing injury or property damage
Golfers are expected to exercise the highest degree of sportsmanship, etiquette, caution, and considerations of others – refraining from horseplay, carelessness or reckless behavior.
Golfers are responsible for their conduct and play, including errant shots that may results in property damage or personal injuries.
If you believe you may have damaged property or injured a player or employee please notify pro shop staff or a player assistant as soon as possible. If you’re able to photograph the property damage, please do so.
In the event of property damage or personal injury, an employee of the golf course may assist the injured party or owner of damaged property in trying to identify the golfer who struck the errant shot if the employee is able too.
All members of The Legends Golf Club receive a membership with Golf Canada. Golf Canada member benefits include insurance that may assist in the cost of damaged windows.
Please be courteous of our neighbours. If you damage property, please report it.

Our board of directors is made up of members of the golf club and one representative of the City of Warman. Any vacancies or terms up for renewal are discussed and voted on at our fall Annual General Meeting. The management of The Legends Golf Club appreciates and thanks all members of the board of directors for the time and dedication they provide to upholding the high quality of our club.
